DRY-BREAK Couplings TODO-MATIC

TODO-MATIC dry-break couplings are the product of over 30 years’ experience handling oil, gas and petrochemicals. This market-leading product was among the first to introduce the NATO STANAG 3756 standard and is recognised for its ability to handle a wide range of demanding applications.

Minimal residual loss and virtually zero spillage means operator safety is assured. Less leakage also means more product can be delivered to customers, translating to higher profit margins for the handler.

Available Variants

All TODO-MATIC dry-break couplings can be made to suit specific needs. We offer a range of different metal and O-ring grades to ensure no application is left beyond reach. For example, customers handling chemicals will benefit from 2” and 3” sizes configurations, while those working in offshore will opt for 4” and 6”.

Technical Information

TODO-MATIC dry-break couplings are designed to operate under harsh conditions and remain reliable even after repeat use. All units have a working temperature range of -20°C to +80°C (-4°F to +176°F), covering virtually every application in the field. Working pressures vary according to the material used.

Please note that working pressures are reduced for flanged products according to their individual pressure rating. For example, PN10/16 flanged products are reduced to 16 bar in stainless steel.
